Gangstas Annonymous
(Class One - Admission)
Hi, my name is DJ
And I?m addicted to the game
A world of evil nature,
Hateful thoughts and constant pain.
Gangbangin and dope slangin
Was the life that I was gave.
From the womb of a lonely Mother,
To the streets I was made.
A broken home, a shattered heart,
No lights ever revealed,
The cries of a burning baby,
With the flames needing to be shield.
The pain in my heart
Was slowed down by violence.
But then I was alone,
Coming down left with silence.
The pain was still there,
Even stronger than before,
So off to the streets I headed
In search of a violent war.
I really need help
Because I?m hurting inside,
And with the addictions to this game,
Many people have died.
I don?t wanna leave this life
Searchin for ways to cover the pain
Always searchin after the first time
Because the high is never the same.
Doin anything for the game
Losing family and killing the brain
Failing to realize the fact
That I?m the one implanting the pain.
Like the leaves of a tree,
I continue to fall
Into a hole darkened by anger
With pain that?s barely small.
See I want to stand up
And be able to stand tall
But before a baby can walk,
A baby must learn to crawl.
With all this said and done,
I?m now realizing my pain.
By taking the first step to getting help,
And admitting I?m addicted to the game.

MET WITH THE MAYOR OF NEWARK NEW JERSEY RAS BARAKA AT
AN EVENT GALA CELEBRATING THE 30TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE BRIDGES OUTREACH PROGRAM HELPING TO END HOMELESSNESS" A CALL TO ACTION"

Now as for our city looking at the state of New Jersey there is over 300 Thousand vacant or abandoned units lots & properties in New Jersey with Newark having the highest concentration of these properties abandoned which while sitting dormant pays little to no taxes and doesn't generate any revenue for the city because it reduces property collections.
Therefore why not transform one of these vacant commercial lots \ property into a MULTI PURPOSE FACILITY for the homeless?
The problem with many homeless people is that:
1) they have no place to bath or shower or use the facilities"
2) they have no place to properly and safely store their belongings"
3) they have no place or no funds to wash their clothes"
Among their biggest problem,
No place to bunker down & sleep temporarily until they can find housing & transition themselves.
So while these many vacant & abandoned properties are not being used and is an eye sore to the community.
We can create a positive multi purpose facility to help provide many services in one building.
The POWER OF GOD'S HOUSE
Will have an indoor washateria where the homeless can wash & dry their clothes. And just like traveling truckers we can make restroom & shower facilities for men & women for them to wash up, and also transform old fruaght containers into mini storage units for them to store their belongings,
have a cafeteria hall with tables & chairs and a feeding section for staff to warm up food where volunteers can create a routine or schedule when they can provide food like they do at other facilities, set up a hall with tables & chairs where city officials and organizations civil service community services faith groups health organization non profits etc can visit and offer assistance, pamphlets and information including free haircuts etc to the homeless and if the facility's lot or yard is large enough" we can create an organized tent city community where temporary tenants MUST abide by house rules like our cleanliness rules and respect for others in their surroundings. We will have a 3 stikes you're out law and once notified the third time YOU'RE OUT and removed from the property.
And again these tents are NOT a permanent solution , only temporary until through various agencies & organizations they can find a positive transitional solution for the homeless .
Which I have suggested maybe turning an apartment complex into an on sight supervised counselling assisted living housing program deviding each floor according to an individual's case and problem.
It can be done and out of the over $3 billion spent last year 2018 according to the states executive budget for homeless services why not invest some of those funds into a REAL. EFFECTIVE , PROGRESSIVE TRANSPARENT solution where we can see valid proof of where & how the funds are being spent.

Isaiah chapter 61 verse 1"
The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor; he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound

Some people have a tendency to prejudge a person's situation but only you & God with will power faith and determination will move you out of a bad situation and into success"
Here's some short stories of famous people you may have not known about"
A former MS-13 member talks about his past life, how he got out of the gang, and how we as a society can do better to help kids stay and get out of gangs. This is one of the best TED Talks I have seen.

Gang life
Young people are often introduced to gang life as young as 10 years old because they think it?s cool.
They grew up in a single parent household, come from a poverty stricken society and many looking to fit in and be a part of a group or family that looks out for each other .
Gang life is a group who have a habit of using violence to achieve their goal by force fear and intimidation.
Most gangs are notorious for their use of codes hand signals, clothes and specific colors worn.
Gangs life is an old age problem that affects families communities. Innocent men and women and children who knowingly and unknowingly get entangled with this life. Every minutes somewhere in the world a young person's looses their life to gang life.
There are two types of gangs ?
street gangs and organised gangs.
Street gangs are smaller, of lesser significance but are increasingly becoming more problematic to cities and communities nationwide.
Then there are organized gangs of a larger scale and capacity that we normally leave to the bigger problem solvers like state & government pros to deal with"
Let?s save our young brothers and sisters from gang life and show them the way to a better life.
Join me in not just changing a life but saving a life.
THE POWER TO CHANGE LIVES"
The P.O.W.E.R. PROGRAM WAS MENTORING A GROUP CALLED T.O.P.S.
( Teaching Our People Success } and so we traveled to Texas for a educational training with the group for a three week's stay at a hotel , there we met up with Mr. Mike King, a former Dallas police officer now retired and owning his own business while doing professional security and Mr. King took an interest in our group and what these young people were doing to transform their lives and helped support our group by purchasing a set of books Bibles and magazines that we sold to generate proceeds for the organization.
Mr. King would also go around and talk to several of the young participants and offer some wisdom and advice while listening to their situations and by listening to our members speak of him you could tell Mr. King was a humble caring gentle giant.
We here with the Christian Network Ministries and the POWER PROGRAM would like to Thank Mr. Mike King for his loving caring attitude and support.
May God continue to open doors for you"

Our non profit christian based outreach second chance program is doing more than just offering mentor ship & counselling,
We offer a hand out and a lift up instead of just HANDCUFFS to those being discriminated against especially to many who may have fallen through the cracks of society by helping to mentor train educate and help employ and empower them into becoming positive productive members of society,
Especially to those with minor criminal records and those with little education or funds to get them started.
We have created the POWER program which stands for PLAN ORGANIZE WORK EDUCATION & RESPECT so our program is providing counseling on social issues and problems in their lives while acting as big brothers coaching and counselling and providing a positive outlook to their lives among many other perks & benefits while at the same time trying to provide a friendly family type atmosphere where while working to teach them a new trade , involving them in sports music poetry reading and the arts, sharing a God's moment and group prayer before starting our day for faith and encouragement ,
We are working on introducing more productive programs & projects to improve upon our group so if you are interested or know a young person that may be lost in their direction and are distracted by the negative elements of the streets or would like to volunteer and be a part of our POWER movement as activists participating in rally's demonstrations and protests to help make positive progressive change in society please email us at powerprogram33@gmail.com or VISIT THE Powerjobs PAGE ON THIS SITE or call Mr Bosch at 201 936 6005

lift them up"
IT TAKES A WHOLE CREW TO TRAIN ONE NEW PERSON.
Be mindful my people to what you do or what you say...
For new people has joined this crew today...
Refrain from gossip prejudice or lies....
For sensitive ARE their ears & eyes....
Together we can build success and fame...
With unity we can earn our respect by name...
And if one of our people should happen to fail or fall...
Don't look to blame ONE ...blame ALL".
poem created by Michael Angelo Bosch
Inspired by poet Ms. Maya Angelou with it takes a whole village
And remember' failure is MIND OVER MATTER' if you don't mind failing then it won't matter.

BLESS BE THE MIND THAT PRODUCES THE FRUIT

- By keeping in contact with your young adult you will be able to determine where they are while in the program. Much like a new college student, the excitement, hard work, and new sense of independence may make keeping contact with their parents a lower priority for them than you. Rest assured, they love you and want to know that their families are concerned and checking on them back at home thinking about them.
- IMPORTANT TIPS FOR PARTICIPANTS
Social Media is an Essential and great way to stay in touch with family & close friends back at home When on a traveling with a crew like this, you visit so many different places such as restaurants, movie theaters, malls, landmarks, etc. Each of these locations either has a place to ?check-in? or you can create your own. Every friend you have on Facebook can follow your travels each and every place you visit when you check-in. The newly created post will be right there on your wall and will allow your friends and family to see the progress with the program.
When checking in to a location, you can write a message and make it more personal but there are other ways to enhance the experience. Pictures are a great way for friends and family to actually see you at all the different locations throughout the U.S.
Keeping in touch with the people we care about is very important. It allows them to know that you are safe but also the fun that can be had while traveling from state to state and learning so much. Take time each week to keep in touch with those that you care about most. They will appreciate the updates and when updating your Facebook profile on new sights and places, your friends and family can see the adventure, comment on what?s new and exciting, and be a part of the experience.
- Although you are all adults over 18 years of age we need to remind everyone that the P.O.W.E.R program do not allow any drinking of alcohol on the crew and no drugs of any kind unless it is a legal drug prescribed by a Doctor and we will not accept nor allow any fighting among your peers. While we do travel and stay in Hotels & motels set up college dormitory style and we do entertain as a group on the week end, we still need to maintain a professional look and attitude remembering that we are a family in itself and so by working together and respecting each other it will make for a pleasant living & working environment for everyone.
- SAFETY TIPS FOR CREW DRIVERS
- Oil Change-Check the oil every month, have it changed every 3 months or 3,000 miles whichever comes first.
- Rotate the tires ? If the tires are balding, you can check this with a penny, stick the penny in the treed of the tire, if the penny is not half way covered it is time to purchase new tires or buy good used tires at a much lower cost. There are several tire locations that offer used tires. Be sure to have the tires balanced at time of purchased. If you do need new tires, then have the tires rotated.
- Check the battery ? The battery needs to be checked every 7,500 miles or every six months.
- Filters-Check the filters for the transmission, air, fuel and carbon canister. It is recommended to have the filters changed with every seasonal change.
- Fluids ? Check the fluids for the transmission, brakes, windshield, as well as battery fluid, the hot summer conditions can cause excessive loss of these essential fluids.
- Brakes ? Have the brakes and brake pads checked, especially prior to the long trip.
- Windshield ? Check the windshield wipers. Summer rains can cause the rubber to wear thin, while winter snow can cause damage. Stopping for gas is an excellent time for one of your traveling sales crew members to check the wipers for damage.
- Insurance ? While this is not a car maintenance issue, it is essential, as well as a law, that all vehicles carry insurance. If it has been a while, check your policy, and take a moment and read over your current policy. Do you have full coverage? Or do you need new car insurance? Check out http://www.nationwide.com/ . Nationwide offers a variety of car insurance plans that can afford your bottom line.
- License- Be sure all those who are driving your vehicle are currently carrying a state issued driver?s license. Check the expiration date, as many do not realize that their drivers license is about to expire.
- Emergency Kit ? Last, but most important all vehicles that carry crews, should have an emergency kit. This kit should include, water, food (dry snacks, etc.), blanket, batteries, battery operated radio, a shovel, ice scraper, flashlight and jumper cables. Always make sure the driver?s cell phone is fully charged and the vehicle has a full tank of gas
